The pump Unit type of Fixed Unit G2
This pump Unit exists from RVS frame with, liter meter, dosing pump, high pressure pump, filters, a targeting cupboard with frequency corrector, and Plc steering. Regulating the primary pressure, and communicating the sensors works by means of. modbus-system with the plc. All the sensors and switches are connected by automotive-connecters, that results that the connectors are easily to change if error occurs.
The Unit is connected to the drinking water line, exactly with maximum. 4 bar. From the main line the water goes to the filters, these are 2 filters of 10μ. These filters have a replaceable filter membrane which are very simply changeable. After the filters a pressure sensor have been placed which sends the frequency corrector , and which controls the prime pressure.
Rvs collector ensure the partitioning of the prime pressure to the high pressure pump. On this collector a low pressure valve is mounted, which is closed while the high pressure pumps are not functioning a. This to occur possibly sprays of the nozzles. There are no prime pressure after a time ahead established, then the Unit goes in jamming mode.
High pressure part:
The driving force behind the pump has been coupled with an elastic link to the pump. The high pressure pump have been placed with rubber ultrasound silencing device on the frame. The Plc equipped steering communicate with the frequency corrector and can be maintained by remote ethernet. This standard targeting contains maximum 1 department, and 4 terminations for possible alarms.
A wind sensor and a temperature meter can be connected on the Unit. The wind direction can be geared to the posting under an angle.
